Welcome to Tmplbase. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain how our services work and the rules that apply when you use our website, start a trial, subscribe to a plan, purchase design credits, or request creative work from us.
By using Tmplbase, starting a trial, purchasing a plan, or requesting services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. About Tmplbase
Tmplbase is a startup creative service that provides AI-assisted and human-reviewed design services.
We help brands create editable Canva/Figma templates, AI images, AI video concepts, pitch decks, presentations, brand guides, design systems, marketing graphics, social media designs, ads, and other creative assets.
Tmplbase is currently operated as a startup project. Business and billing details may be provided where required for invoices, contracts, payments, or compliance purposes. Business or legal entity details may be updated in the future as the company structure evolves.

Tmplbase provides creative and design-related services, including but not limited to:
Canva and Figma templates
Social media designs
Ad creatives
Pitch decks and presentations
Flyers, banners, and marketing graphics
Brand guides and design systems
AI-generated images and visual concepts
AI-assisted video concepts and assets
Competitor and creative research using AI-assisted workflows
Tmplbase provides its services only to businesses, brands, agencies, freelancers, startups, and other commercial users. We do not provide services to consumers acting for personal, household, or non-commercial purposes.
By starting a trial, purchasing a plan, or requesting services, you confirm that you are acting in a business or professional capacity.
Our services combine AI-assisted research and creative production with human designer review. AI may be used to support ideation, research, visual exploration, drafts, images, video concepts, and workflow acceleration.
Final deliverables are reviewed and refined by our team where applicable.
3. Trial Period
Tmplbase may offer a 14-day trial period for certain services or plans.
During the trial, you may test our workflow, services, or creative process based on the offer available at that time. Trial access, included deliverables, limitations, credits, design capacity, and availability may vary depending on the plan or promotion.
After the trial period ends, payment is required to continue using Tmplbase services.
You may also choose to purchase a paid plan at any time before the trial ends.
Tmplbase reserves the right to modify, limit, refuse, or discontinue trial offers at any time.
4. Plans, Credits, and Monthly Access
Tmplbase offers monthly plans that may include a specific amount of design credits, design hours, requests, or creative capacity.
When you purchase a plan, you receive access to the included creative capacity for one monthly billing period.
Design credits are valid for 31 days from the date of purchase.
Unused design credits do not roll over to the next month.
Unused design credits are not added to future billing periods.
Design credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, transferred, or refunded.
Each plan may have different limits, including the number of active requests, revision capacity, priority level, design hours, or included services.
5. Design Credits and Task Evaluation
Tmplbase plans may include a specific number of design credits for each monthly billing period.
Design credits are used to request creative work, including design tasks, revisions, AI-assisted visuals, AI video concepts, template creation, presentations, pitch decks, marketing graphics, and other deliverables.
Each task is evaluated individually based on its complexity, required time, format, number of variations, research needs, AI generation requirements, revision scope, and delivery requirements.
Credit estimates may vary from project to project.
As a general guide:
A social media post may cost 1–2 credits.
A pitch deck slide may cost 1–2 credits.
An AI-generated image or visual concept may cost 1–2 credits.
An AI-assisted video may start from 4 credits.
More complex tasks, larger formats, multiple design directions, advanced editing, or urgent requests may require additional credits.
Before starting a task, Tmplbase may provide an estimated credit cost.
If the task scope changes during the process, the required number of credits may also change.
Credits are used for both new design work and revisions, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unused credits expire 31 days after purchase and do not roll over to the next billing period.
Credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged for money.
6. Payments and Billing
Tmplbase plans are billed monthly.
After the trial period, you will be charged for one month of service if you choose to continue or subscribe.
Your subscription renews monthly unless cancelled before the next billing date.
By purchasing a plan, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge the applicable fees for your selected plan.
All prices are shown before any applicable taxes, transaction fees, platform fees, payment processing fees, or currency conversion fees unless stated otherwise.
We may update our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect already paid billing periods.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, such as Payoneer, Lemon Squeezy, Stripe, bank transfer providers, card processors, or other payment platforms.
Tmplbase is not responsible for delays, holds, chargebacks, currency conversion losses, account restrictions, failed transactions, or other issues caused by third-party payment providers.
7. Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable once a paid plan has started, except where required by applicable law.
Because each paid plan provides access to a specific amount of design credits or creative capacity for the month, unused credits are not refundable.
If you do not use all of your credits during the 31-day period, the unused credits expire and are not carried over.
If there is an issue with your order or service experience, please contact us at contact@tmplbase.com and we will review the situation. Any refund, credit extension, or goodwill adjustment is provided at our sole discretion, unless required by applicable law.
8. Revisions
Revisions may be included depending on your plan.
Revision requests use the creative capacity, design hours, or credits available in your plan.
If your included revision capacity is used up, you may purchase additional revisions, design credits, or creative time separately.
Revisions must remain within the original project scope.
A request may be treated as a new task if it requires a major change in direction, a new concept, new content, new format, or a significantly different deliverable.
9. Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the complexity of the project, the number of active requests, the plan selected, the clarity of the brief, and the availability of required materials.
Simple design tasks may be completed faster, while complex projects such as pitch decks, brand guides, design systems, AI video concepts, or large template libraries may require more time.
Any delivery times mentioned on our website or in communication are estimates, not guarantees.
Tmplbase is not liable for missed estimated delivery dates.
Delays may happen if we are waiting for client feedback, missing assets, unclear instructions, approvals, access, or required information.
10. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing clear instructions, required files, brand assets, logos, text, images, access, references, and feedback needed to complete the work.
You confirm that you have the right to use any materials you provide to Tmplbase, including logos, images, fonts, brand assets, copy, product images, videos, and other content.
You are responsible for reviewing all final deliverables before publishing, printing, sharing, selling, advertising, or using them commercially.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the final deliverables complies with any applicable laws, platform rules, advertising policies, industry regulations, and third-party rights.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tmplbase, its owners, team members, contractors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of:
materials you provided that infringe third-party rights;
your use of final deliverables in violation of applicable law or third-party rights;
your breach of these Terms;
your publication, advertising, sale, or commercial use of the final deliverables.
11. Canva, Figma, Fonts, and Third-Party Tools
Some deliverables may be created in Canva, Figma, or other third-party tools.
You are responsible for your own Canva, Figma, or other third-party accounts unless otherwise agreed.
If the deliverable is editable, you may receive either editable files, an editable project link, or another editable version depending on the platform and project scope.
Some designs may require access to specific fonts, stock assets, plugins, templates, AI tools, platform features, or paid third-party content.
If a third-party asset requires a license, subscription, or purchase, you are responsible for obtaining the required rights unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Tmplbase is not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, pricing, account limitations, or terms of third-party platforms such as Canva, Figma, AI tools, stock libraries, hosting tools, cloud storage providers, or payment providers.
12. AI-Generated and AI-Assisted Content
Tmplbase may use AI tools to assist with research, ideation, image generation, video concepts, copy structure, visual exploration, and design production.
AI-generated content may not always be unique, exclusive, accurate, complete, or free from errors.
We do not guarantee that AI-generated images, video concepts, text, or visual assets are fully original, legally cleared, trademark-free, copyright-free, or suitable for every commercial use case.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted deliverables before public, commercial, advertising, legal, or regulated use.
For sensitive industries, regulated products, advertising campaigns, medical, financial, legal, political, or high-risk use cases, you should obtain independent legal or compliance review before using the deliverables.
13. Ownership of Final Deliverables
After full payment is received, you receive the rights to use the final approved designs created specifically for you, subject to these Terms.
This includes final exported files and editable files that are included in your plan or agreed project scope.
Ownership does not include:
Tmplbase’s internal processes, systems, prompts, workflows, research methods, or production methods;
unused concepts, drafts, or rejected design directions;
pre-existing templates, frameworks, tools, layouts, or design systems owned by Tmplbase;
third-party assets, fonts, stock images, plugins, platform elements, or AI tools that require separate licenses;
AI-generated elements that cannot legally be assigned exclusively.
You are responsible for making sure you have the proper rights to any third-party assets used in your final designs.
14. Portfolio Use
Tmplbase may display completed non-confidential work in our portfolio, website, social media, case studies, marketing materials, or sales presentations.
If you do not want your project to be shown publicly, you must request confidentiality in writing.
We will not knowingly publish sensitive, private, or confidential materials if you have clearly informed us that the project is confidential.
For private-label, agency, NDA, or confidential work, portfolio usage can be restricted by written agreement.
15. Confidentiality
We will take reasonable steps to keep your private project materials, business information, and unpublished brand assets confidential.
You agree not to share Tmplbase’s private processes, internal documents, pricing arrangements, prompts, workflows, templates, systems, or non-public materials without our permission.
Confidentiality does not apply to information that is publicly available, already known, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
16. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
Cancellation does not create a refund for the current paid period.
After cancellation, you will no longer be charged for future billing periods.
Any unused credits expire at the end of the active 31-day period and do not roll over.
17. Scope Changes and Additional Work
If a request is outside your plan, exceeds your available credits, or requires more work than originally expected, we may suggest one of the following:
Using additional credits
Purchasing extra revisions or design time
Upgrading to a higher plan
Creating a custom quote
We may pause work until the additional scope, timeline, or payment is approved.
18. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Tmplbase services to create or request content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, infringing, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, fraudulent, or violates the rights of others.
You may not request work that promotes illegal activity, impersonation, scams, malware, deception, or unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property.
We may refuse or stop work on any project that we believe is inappropriate, unlawful, unsafe, harmful, high-risk, or outside the scope of our services.
19. No Guarantees
We aim to provide high-quality creative work, but we do not guarantee specific business results, sales, conversions, engagement, ad performance, investment outcomes, fundraising results, or revenue.
Design quality can be subjective, and results may depend on your brand, offer, audience, content, marketing strategy, budget, distribution, and how the final assets are used.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, all services and deliverables are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tmplbase, its owners, team members, contractors, and service providers are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, lost opportunities, or advertising losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, is limited to the total amount you paid to Tmplbase in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations apply regardless of the form of action and survive termination of these Terms, and apply to the fullest extent not prohibited by applicable law.
21. Force Majeure
Tmplbase, its owners, team members, contractors, and service providers are not liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, armed conflict, civil unrest, power or internet outages, government action, epidemic, natural disasters, labor disruptions, platform outages, AI tool failures, or failures of third-party platforms or payment providers.
22. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the services, with or without notice, if:
you breach these Terms;
you request illegal, harmful, or prohibited content;
payment fails, is reversed, disputed, or charged back in bad faith;
you misuse our services, team, systems, or deliverables;
we reasonably believe continuing the relationship poses a legal, financial, security, operational, or reputational risk.
Upon termination for your breach, no refund is owed for the current billing period, without prejudice to any other rights we may have.
23. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Tmplbase’s business operator is established, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Before initiating any legal proceeding, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting contact@tmplbase.com and engaging in good-faith negotiations for at least thirty (30) days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled by the competent courts or dispute resolution forum available under applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot be waived under mandatory applicable law.
24. Data Protection
Tmplbase may collect and process limited personal data, such as name, email address, billing details, project information, files, and communication history, to provide the services.
Personal data is handled as described in our separate Privacy Policy [link to be added].
The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, what legal bases may apply, how data may be shared with third-party tools, and what rights users may have under applicable data protection laws.
25. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make important changes, we may notify users by updating the date at the top of this page or by other reasonable means.
Your continued use of Tmplbase after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
